Candidate Registration
Introductory Email
Send us an email to introduce yourself. CV and references are welcome at this time. If you have a specific posting in mind, reference it in the “Subject” header. Please also include your CV, References, and any Certifications you might have.
Phone Call and Meeting
After an initial phone call, we will arrange a meeting to understand better who you are and what you are looking for in placement. This interview will help immensely with the matching process.
Candidacy and Interviews
It will be easier to choose families who might be a good fit for you after meeting. If we feel a family you haven’t shown interest in would be a good fit, we will contact you to see if you might be interested in submitting your profile to them. We will be honest and up-front about every aspect of this process.
Employment and Onward
Congratulations! You’ve found your family! As a member of our family tree, we will keep your information on file for three years. Should you choose to move on, all you need to do is update the information on file before you start searching again.
Referrals
Nanny/Manny referrals that result in placement get you $250! If you refer a friend to us, make sure they give us your name and contact information so we can thank you with cash! New candidates can only name one referral at a time. If several people tell them about us, we can only pay the person they list.
Family referrals resulting in placement get you $250! If you refer a family to us, make sure they give us your name and contact information so we can thank you with cash!

Payment rendered after the 90-day trial period is complete for both nanny/manny and family referrals.
