Nanny Agency Fees
Thank you for choosing Plum Tree Nanny Agency! Our initial phone call and meet-up are free.
Once you submit your profile, there is a $250 administrative fee. After this, we will work diligently to submit the candidate profiles we feel the best suit your requirements.
Our candidates come with vetted references, National Criminal Record Checks, and Child Abuse Background Checks.
FBI Background checks can be made available upon request for an additional $50 fee per candidate.

Included post-placement benefits:
- Contract template offered along with contract mediation
- Backup Care with advance notice for nanny's vacation time or date nights
- Conflict Mediation
Placement Fees:
- Permanent Positions (Including Part-Time, Full-Time, and Nanny Share): $3000
- Temporary Positions (30-180 days): $2000
- Nanny Consultant Forwarding (temporary troubleshooting with nutrition, potty-training, behavioral issues, family transitions): Free
Fee does not include VISA application fees or flights.
All fees are subject to change according to the specialized circumstance.
Please note that these fees include neither payroll fees nor the nanny/manny's hourly wage.
The nannies we work with are professionals. Any families wishing to hire a nanny through Plum Tree agree to pay their nannies no less than $25 per hour. However, they should also understand that our nannies are well-experienced and typically command between $28 and $35 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and skills.
