Parents work from home but trust the nanny to take charge during their shifts. Knowledge of helping little ones transitioning into becoming an older sibling is essential as big feelings are expected once the new baby arrives. In addition to $25-30/hr, family are offering 20h guaranteed per week in addition to 2 weeks' paid vacation and annual raises. *Nanny must be vaccinated and CPR certified.
